Jarvis Dennis: Marine Veteran Turned Industry Leader & Entrepreneur

When a personnel gap threatened Omega Backline’s operations, a client introduced us to Marine Corps veteran Jarvis Dennis. With a background in logistics and a deep love for music, he was eager to learn—and he quickly became an invaluable team member.

Through hands-on training with AVG, Jarvis mastered backline setup, stage management, and live event coordination, leading to a full-time role as Omega Backline’s Shop Operation Officer. His dedication soon landed him the largest contract at Stockbridge Amphitheater, where his leadership impressed venue managers so much that they hired him as their Stage Manager.

But his success didn’t stop there. With guidance from AVG, Jarvis and his wife launched their own daycare business, fulfilling a longtime dream. Now, he’s building a nonprofit to help fellow veterans transition into civilian life.
