In 2022, SSG (R) Donald Meadows became the first veteran apprentice with A Veteran’s Gig, quickly becoming a key figure in logistics for live events. But beyond his work, Donald was fighting a personal battle with PTSD.

Recognizing his need for support, AVG connected him with a specialized PTSD treatment program. After two weeks of intensive care, Donald returned with a renewed sense of purpose. He not only resumed his work but also took on a mentorship role, guiding fellow veterans into careers in music production and live event management.

Today, he plays a crucial role in event logistics, using his journey to inspire others. His story is proof that with the right support, veterans can reclaim their lives, build meaningful careers, and continue serving in new ways.
